Diamond tooling is where a concrete polishing job is won or lost. Metal bond diamonds cut and flatten, hybrid and ceramic pads bridge the scratch pattern, and resin pads refine to the final gloss. Metal bond trapezoid shoes in 2-bar and double ZigZag profiles handle heavy coating removal and hard slabs, with grits ranging from coarse through finer cuts. Hybrid pads such as the ceramic transitional pads move you off metal bond without leaving a scratch pattern resin cannot remove. PolarShine and Most Shiny White resin pads finish from 100 through 3000 grit for high-gloss or satin finishes.
